Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By accessing or using Sells Domain(the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter into a binding contract.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your information, for keeping your password confidential, and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. The marketplace
We list premium domain names for sale. To protect buyers and sellers, the full domain name may be partially masked until a purchase is completed. Authority metrics (such as DA/PA/DR), prices, and availability are provided for information and may change or be removed at any time. A listing is not a binding offer until an order is confirmed.
5. Offers and purchases
You may buy a listed domain at its price, or submit an offer. Offers are non-binding and are not accepted until we confirm in writing. A purchase is formed when your order is confirmed and payment is received.
6. Payments
Payments are made in cryptocurrency. You are responsible for sending the exact amount to the address shown within the time window provided; payments are matched on-chain. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Prices are shown in the currency indicated and may change before an order is placed.
7. Domain transfers
We transfer ownership only after payment has fully cleared. You must provide accurate destination registrar details. Transfer timelines depend on the registrar and the domain extension and are not guaranteed. You are responsible for maintaining the domain after transfer.
8. Refunds and cancellations
Because cryptocurrency payments are irreversible and a transfer is final once completed, completed sales are non-refundable. If we are unable to complete a transfer for a domain you paid for, we will work with you to resolve it, including refunding your payment for that domain.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service unlawfully; not to attempt to recover masked domain names by automated or deceptive means before purchase; not to interfere with the Service's security or operation; and not to misuse offers or payments.
10. Metrics and “as is”
Domain metrics and descriptions are provided for convenience and are not guarantees of ranking, traffic, revenue, or future value. The Service and listings are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sells Domain is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to a domain is limited to the amount you paid for that domain.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Sells Domain against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them; we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business. Please raise any dispute with us first at support@sellsdomain.com so we can try to resolve it.
